The market is an impatient beast that often provides great opportunity. Qube management have shown great capability over a long time and I believe they will produce the goods here.

Projects like Moorebank are company makers in my opinion and then we have things like Quattro. The Patricks business is a fantastic business too IMHO with Patrick still holding long term leases over many of the Port facilities around the country. Qube will drive major efficiencies if its past history is any guide.

Qube in my opinion has a brilliant array and suite of Infrastructure Assets now under its control and management. I am here for the long term and I will be adding to holdings. The lower this goes the better as far as I'm concerned. Even if it gets hit with short term revenue weakness in time in time its suits of assets and businesses will come to the fore in my opinion. I'm still a big believer here.
