    Sobering stuff mate. Agree poverty in Oz is underestimated. A problem largely borne from Bogan parents on 3rd/4th generation welfare who consider tattoos, smokes and grog better investments than food and clothing for their kids.


    Southern France sounds good though...might check it out.
