Silent-Bubbles : "and unfortunately for you none of them seem to add any constructive analysis in regards the future.."  There seems to be a little issue of meeting the requirements of the ASX first before we can even contemplate the future for HDY. Unlike some on this forum I am less impressed by the 21st Dec announcement and do not think it puts HDY in the clear at all. Perhaps the crocodile tear pleas on the last page are a clear indication that HDY knows that it is surviving on a very slender thread at the moment and that its "case" is not very strong at all.

It will be up to the ASX to decide the future of HDY and it is responsible for upholding correct procedures even if it is going to lose income by delisting HDY. I hope it is able to carry out its duty in fairness.

As for the contents of the rest of your post there let me just say at this stage that you still do not get it.
