In a way I do hope for some of you that have gone into this stock believing the promise that your hopes of it remaining relisted will come true. However, I am surprised how some have rejoiced at the response by management to the ASX request. Some have suggested that the response shows that HDY is in the clear. In my opinion all it shows is that the legal team who have helped compile the response have presented an as squeaky clean response as they possibly can get away with and have tried to suggest that the ASX is partly responsible for the "misunderstanding" and the "misinterpretations" that followed. Whether the ASX will buy that will be interesting to see. It may be that the ASX will leave HDY listed in the belief that it has fired enough shots across its bow to make it aware that any more activity as in the past will not be tolerated. Time will tell.
