Following extract from page 7 of the GINDALBIE METALS LTD AND CONTROLLED ENTITIES DIRECTORS’ REPORT - dated 31 DECEMBER 2007

Conceptional design has been passed to AMDI (Design Institute associated with Ansteel in China) with transfer of all relevant Australian Standards in preparation for conversion of the concept design to detailed design. All long lead items including Crushers, HPGR’s and grinding mills have been bid by prospective suppliers with selection and award due in the March 2008 Quarter.
