As Per Announcement "Patersons Securities Limited (Patersons) has been appointed as Lead Manager to the SPP and is in discussions to underwrite the SPP."

And "Details of the SPP will be contained in an Offer Booklet which will be mailed to shareholders on 25 February 2014."

I think it will also be as an Announcement but not sure on that.

Nothing has been mentioned about Patersons accepting the underwriting so all up in the Air atm.
