Am I correct in assuming that a copy of the SPP offer should be released today via the ASX as an announcement for CCU as the mail out date of the offer was yesterday . Can anyone advise !

Mjshackl was there an underwriter to this SPP as I don't recall reading that in the SPP announcement .

Also going on what I read the offer to be as I understand it is only existing shareholders as at 20th feb can take up the offer . If the board members apart from the chairman who is the only one who has CCU shares , have no shares how can the others take up such an offer ?

Is there something that I missed that picked up on?
