I've worked there for 8 months as a welder in 04-05. Management is good, and demand quality metal work , they try to look after their staff best they can in the god awful job it is building alli boats.
Management always will strive to make new heights and expand.
Their biggest problem is retaining skilled staff.
THEY PAY F ALL.
As long as they can continue to take advantage of skilled migrants and pay them 2/5 of f all they'll be alright.
It's a good swing trader. As long as it stays above
3.03 for a while, i'll go in long.
