I met with Scott at a function just recently and can only speak very highly of him.
From my discussions Scott has had his eye on this for a while and being a Zimbabwean national himself he has a fair few strong contacts within the country. Not only does he have strong contacts but he has a desire to succeed and turn this into something a lot bigger.
I think with time we will IVZ re-rate heavily, $30 million of data already in managements hands and skipping out all the guess work, it's a great spot to be!
