    So I had a brief read re the completed transaction.

    Old ATV holders have .5564 shares in Spur - thus 4.5c AGB price equates to ~2.5c in the old scale.

    Plus .2 warrants with a strike of 60c & 4 year term for every atv share held.

    Please correct me if I have overlooked something.

    Lets see how they go...
