Hi Ms Miranda
Thankyou for your ideas regards the possible gold run . I think also a small flurry in the sp will happen as investors unstudied in uranium will pile into gold if we find it. You certainly are a "true beliver" . I started looking at Toro at 16c, first buy in at 12c , jumped in after Fuka at 7c all the way down to 2.5c. When starting with Toro I knew absolutely nothing about the narrative or macro for the uranium mining industry -nuclear power generation . The more I studied over years the more could see a whole disconnect with supply/demand . Also the need to take a "contrarian" view of it all. Hence I am now a contrarians contrarian. I look for deep value , a margin of safety ,a total discount to value and most of all an industry in distress where the fundamentals of a total reversal/ reset are inevitable.
On the flip side beside Hydro where we dam up rivers , Nuclear power is the only form of base load carbon free energy supply we have. Alas I preach to the converted here. Dont even get me started on bloody batteries lol !
Sounds like we both are many many many years in too early with uranium. Better 10 years early than 1 year late. I believe we are now in the latter years of the uranium bear. The line up of supply destruction, contracts rolling off , section 232 and being a despised sector is working in our favour and truly amazing to see it all happen very quiclky as I concluded many years ago. Even a black swan wont stop the plant build out world wide. A black swan would still present a buy opportunity. Even at .033c Toro still represents a buying discount of 50% from my av cost. So its still a buy for me. Hope you have averaged down. Even if not 17c is little cost when this thing goes to a 10 bagger !!!! or 20 bagger. The cost is just the cost rent while waiting for serious gains in my opinion. I'm more than patient for it to play another 3 to 5 years but I suspect less.
I am very humbled that you love my posts xx I spend countless hrs reading utubing and podcast listening each week , disseminating the BS from the Fundatentals.
Finally the last thing is an Exit strategy . No use riding this to the top and greedily riding it to the bottom. This is a heavy cyclical industry and a collapse will happen after a meteoric boom. I suspect a lot of juniors wont get to mine, none the less their sp with totally/violently soar of the back of this Bull. Whether or not Toro gets to mine is of little concern for me. For me its about being fully permitted , assets in the ground , being able to slow the cash burn to be still standing at the end. Gold would be nice but increasing cash burn to find it is ridiculous , no use being bust and having a bit of gold dust to line the pockets on the way out I say. Hope they have another CP at .02c.
Looking forward to more posts Miranda thanx for yours ! Drumma
