I am not sure as to who actually is controlling the Wangle/Family Insights territory.
James Robinson the Managing Director of Cicero resigned recently to be replaced by Matthew Walker The Chairman of Cicero
imo Cicero have positioned themselves perfectly. They have got Matthew Walker being paid $10,000 per month as a Director, they have Loren King a Director of Cicero as the company secretary of Wangle/Family Insights Group
So who is the technical consultant, advertising consultant for Wangle/Family Insights Group.? Pointers would suggest that Cicero Consulting is also involved in the consulting process and maybe Jon Wild as his Directors fees are paid to Wild Consulting. Just a guess as the consultants being used are never mentioned.
Sean Smith is the CEO of The Family Insights Group and is on the Board.
But who is actually running the show for the shareholders, the Cicero group is doing just fine (they have a board member being paid $10,000 per month plus his company gets the following deal from Family Insights Group. The Company entered into a mandate with Cicero Corporate Services Pty Ltd (CCS), a company related to Messrs Robinson and Walker for corporate administration services including financial reporting, company secretarial services, rent and administrative operations. CCS provided services to the amount of $122,882 (2017: $108,514)
So Cicero Consulting is getting approx $250,000 a year. Sean gets $240,000 a year
Jon Wild gets around $100,000 paid to Wild Consulting
So lets round it up to $600,000
$3,255,522 was spent on research, development, material, consultants, fees, salaries, superannuation.
So who is getting the balance
$2,955,522 ?
Maybe it is Cicero Consulting and Wild Consulting.
Who would know? I certainly don't - but whoever is providing the consulting has produced a share price of .001c and blown out the the share registry to 2,000,000,000 shares.
This recent deal of moving Wangle to Brisbane. Why? The Board and Administration and consultants appear to be all based in Perth.
What are the nuts and bolts of such a move ?
As a substantial shareholder, I am not seeing transparency.
