Presumably there is official reporting requirements to the Dept of Mines but what they are and the timeframes I don't know. I didn't talk to Geoff but one of the other Directors. OXX is not a partner and having an ORR puts them perhaps almost in the general public category. I don't know if there are any reporting requirements with respect to OXX. My take is that this is just the way these things work. The big boys don't need to report to the public and indeed their indeed their best interests are served by not doing so. Certainly seems to be a vail of secrecy surrounding Palta.
