    so the water influx i believe that could be from the brigadier formation (the conformably overlying Brigadier Formation (claystones and water-bearing sandstones).

    They said they encountered reservoirs earlier then prognosis. the Triassic discovery they talk about could be in the transition period. between jurassic and triassic



    i think they have yet to really drill the mungaroo formation
    below is the stratighraphy from the beagle and dampier sub basins (we are drilling in the Dampier which is on the right)



    also what i understand the different sand stones within the mungaroo formation are sealed from each other by clay stones. as below each of the 4 gas intercepts in thw wilcox well have their own GWC's





    i am no geologist, just what i have read/understand, salted with a little bit of hope :) lets hope they can control the overpressurised zones and keep drilling!

    PSI seems to have a technical background hopefully he could shed some light?
