Yes the deal meant the lender had any profit from the nsw hill for 10 years, but they would have needed junior explorers from the surrounding area eventually and they are overvalued.
I thought they would get a kick start for shareholders from the other project because of what the CSIRO had just invented. Lead and silver need to go up though.
