If it was in the last quarter, I would be concerned.
But surely they would only knock back a good project if they thought they had a better one on track.
When this project gets acq, and announced, I would appreciate if you can post the relevant project details, so I can see what got knocked back. Might be interesting to compare with what the finally decide on.
To me it looks like sentiment is a little more positive over the last 3 months. At least we got away from 9c.
