I can understand why people fall in love with horses goblin, as they’re fantastic creatures. I dated a girl many moons ago who was part of a horsey family, therefore many hours of cross country riding and getting to know the animals. I don’t have a problem with the racing industry as I know that thoroughbred horses love to compete. What I don’t like are the grubs in the industry who support cruelty to make a quick buck at the expense of the industry as a whole, and make it difficult for those who compete legally. The sooner horse racing flushes these leeches from their burrows the better for all, including the animals.
