Have said it before and will say it again, Fiji announcement appears to have triggered the Media interest in AYB.
Being a dairy farmer you have to have the expertise, knowledge and hands on experience to know what you are talking about. Also you have to know about the area that you are farming in.
The Fiji announcement is not going to help the company with its Australian operations if and when they may occur.
On 4/6/2016 in The Fiji Times titled Dairy Plight, the article refers to Waimaro and Tailevu mentioning that there are only 6 dairy farms remaining in those areas down from 10. Then goes on about an outbreak of TB affecting the herds. Would pay for all concerned to read up on bovine TB. And to think AYB believe they can produce ORGAINIC MILK in Fiji shows us all that our Board have no knowledge what so ever on what they are doing nor talking about.
Others with experience have tried in Fiji and failed, what chance have AYB got. Yes give aid to FIJI and perhaps when they do own some Australian farms supply with product but to pour limited funds the company has into Fiji at the expense of what we the Shareholders voted for at the EGM shows contempt.
