The dictionary has many words to describe current state of play - that is the problem, we are not sure which one to choose.
Can I ask you - does procedurement of 2 out of the 5 farms satisfy you ? If they were to announce for whatever reason that the deals were done, would that de risk the state of affairs with the other three (of the 5 continuously mentioned in all previous Ann's) expected post $15m CR ?
