Well, sp still can't break that elusive 35c barrier. It has now has 3 attempts and as Grandmaster Gann said the most important attempt is the 4th. It is on the 4th attempt that the sp will either breakthrough or be gone for a long time. So after the likely move back to sub 30c brought on by the wider market drubbing, the sp should move back up and bust through 35c. I can't really see the sp not busting through 35c for a substantial period of time so it seems a no brainer to buy this last dip under 30c.
