Interesting reading
I have been trading small end stocks since the 1990's. For years you read about a stock being undervalued compared to its peers.
Something i have learnt and only realised in the past few years that a stocks value is what someone is prepared to pay or what someone is prepared to sell.
Hence the value of gph is what it is. 8.7 cents.
Is that fair value ? Probably not. Thats why most here are not prepared to sell at 8.7.
You cant fight the market only trade or invest in what is before you.
As for the stock being overbought on a technical perspective the RSI and Stochastics have not indicated this.
In saying that there would be including myself sitting on some nice profits at 9 cents. Some would say its time to take some off the table as you never go broke taking a profit.
My trade status on gph is a rising buy stop
Meaning as the price rises to buy on the dips and sell a few on the rises and bank the profits.
If Gph trades 12cents ill sell them all and ride the oppies till expiry. That way its free carry with no risk except original stake of $2k and exposure to half a million oppies.
I think the above works well
