Paper carries a pretty downbeat article on CST.
One paragraph reads:
"Ratings agency Rapid Ratings has warned the stock is "sub-investment grade" and adivsed it should be a "strong sell" until it falls below $1.99"
The next para does contain a caveat that "But this rating is based on historical data, not future prospects....."
Probably have no impact on market but thought a few loyal followers may be interested.
