the price is frustrating given where the company is now but unfortunately it looks like some of the guys who put this deal together have been disposing of their shares on market.
compare the last 2 top 20 shareholder reports. only 1 has kept all their shares. the 2 others don't appear on the most recent list.
will have to do a bit more research on this over the next few days...
