I spoke to Albers at the beginning of this drill. I was actually calling him about something else. We talked about how Palta might be reported. He said that it was unlikely that Shell would even tell him what was going on.

These Majors play by their own rules. There are some encouraging posts on this forum but believe me , the Drill Bit does the Talking.
