The company announced that it had submitted its response to the EMA on the 25th July and that " the EMA is required by its rules to provide further questions and comments to the BSI on or before September 24."
That means that the rapporteur and co-rapporteur have had two months in which to request further information.Surely they are not leaving it till the last two or three days ! Or am I a naive old fool ?
