guys when the share price of a stock gets down to these levels usually something corporate happens from my experience in the stock market
But Yes this takeover talk is just a discussion but its gone from $4.50 odd to 31 cents so something has to give
A management buyout is more likely
also from a tax point of view how much of accumulated losses do they have? It must be quite large
