You think management and M&G who holds a combined total of around 50% will agree with that proposed deal? IMO, even at $2-3 it is unlikely they will budge. Why would they when they were issued and bought shares around that mark. However a management buyout in conjunction with M&G is more likely. They could provide some relief to bagholders like us and simultaneously maximise their holdings at the lowest price possible.
