That's the point tokyo. If Bayan paid say 0.675 per share (about $218 mill), the real cost to Bayan is about $80 mill ($218-143 mill in Bank + costs etc) And that $80 mill could be justified as 'what Bayan might pay' in current / future legals and compensation etc. Plus, Bayan would then own 100% of the plant and technology etc etc.
Wild idea maybe...but I think it has some potential??
