Bayan Resources can't be trusted 'FULL STOP'. Hopefully the Australian courts will stand firm and continue the freeze of Bayan's 56% Kangaroo Resources share holding and stop any manipulation of the stocks price.

Kangaroos' interests are in Indonesia and Bayan are presently using their controlling interest as an acceptable vehicle both for the Australian and Indonesian authorities. Their holding is worth about $230 million or so but may be affected by the Bayan versus WEC actions in the Singaporean courts.

WEC will have to move their plant at Bayan and buy their own coal resource, which in itself would prove expensive.

Markets see no easy or quick solution here as stubborn Bayan bring Indonesia itself into disrepute.
