Spot on natnicnak. Of course if anybody has the energy it only takes a block of 5% to call an AGM and put forward motion to reject plan and remove directors.
Lot of work in that but maybe a good "cleansing" exercise for some shareholders bearing in mind what the board has said is:
" thanks for your money , we borrowed some more and now any income will go to partner/employees and maybe in a few years you will get some dividend . In the meantime just lump it"
Also an email to that journalist would help.
