Interesting point about the franchisees saying Pizza Checker is a device to check and verify sales volumes. The third party delivery systems they use do circumvent the normal store sales reporting of all franchise stores and is making it harder for the franchisor to charge franchise fees based on store revenue.

Pizza Checker still won't actually solve this though as the pizza cooker isn't forced to put every pizza under the camera.
