Their focus is now building the Weibo site for mastermines and getting twitter media shown through that for the Chinese while also retweeting china specific info to twitter. Focused on opening up the Chinese investment community to Australian new energy minerals. They also reiterate that they just cannot see another asx company/resource around that has a chance in their opinion.

Although everyone on this side of the fence like to look at a mou as meaningless, to the Chinese these are very important.
Keep that in mind, and lets hope Vince and team have been building that relationship/keeping close contact moving towards this release.
