You should get in touch with a company that will represent you Legally (normally for free) against an Australian Corporation.

I will try to get their name for you as i used them for something about a year ago and they kicked butt big time behind the scenes without too much fuss - heads rolled.

Call a government department, maybe legal Aid, to get some Direction...or find a similar company in Vietnam to do the hard and expensive work for you.

You could call A Current Affair or Today Tonight as they like to make examples out of crooked business dealings and they make a drama out of situations like this.

All the best, but be aware that there are quite a few companies in Australia listed on the ASX that ruin peoples lives and get away with it - ASIC has little power and or time to act in my opinion.
