Have to say that my thinking changed after I posted my last acknowledge of thanks to RichE. My thinking did changed on the 'thanks' part, only on the my thought that RichE's response covered off my concern. Stlamc is correct I think in identifying no incentive for management to seek benefit from the vwap options srikeprice-exercise scenrio. I can't see that there is one (incentive/benefit) in the current market conditions.

If no sale by end of July I will send an email to the chair asking that he check the management options arrangements, shareholder interests and corporate strategy are tightly aligned.
