the issue i have is the clauses dont say the management have to make money on it they can sell for a loss if they like..

its up to the rbs bunch whether they like to accept an offer or not..

so it really derives from the rbs crew and whether they want a few cents for the asset and dont give a damn.. or whether they want to sell the asset for what its worth.. so its a wink wink arrangement.. tell me what you happy with and i will sell it for that..

when its brokers involved,, they sell for losses and a few cents profit.. so anything could happen..

imho the asset is worth way over 35K per acre

but as i say.. who knows what desperation delivers??
