    BKT placed 66,666,667 shares last year at 7.5 cents

    since the placement, the share price has never exceeded 7.5 cents

    these shareholders also received 1 for 2 free options exercisable at 7.5 cents

    so 7.5 cents will be a strong resistance point since many would like to sell their 7.5 shares & keep their free options

    that said, worth holding, imo (for hopefully some big news)
