Please find my attached objection form completed as requested, my objection is based on resolution 6 from the AGM held on 23 May 2013, this resolution allowed for a selective buyback of shares and options from company executives at a price of A$0.55 per share. Therefore the company has valued the shares at a price considerably higher than the current offer price. Additionally they note that this selective buyback was priced at 131% of the 5 day weighted average price on the ASX.
