I would imagine if there has been any misconduct then they would be held accountable and charges laid accordingly.

Unfortunately, investing in anything holds risks. There are loads of shares out there that are at ridiculously bargain prices and making large gains so I hope you make that $10K back plus more! Then when HTX re floats after diluting shares...we can sell and buy ourselves a coffee with the proceeds if there are any after brokerage costs!
