Having experienced this a few years back (coincidentally with HTX) for me a company would need to show something mind blowingly significant for me to vote YES. A NO vote will preserve my holdings for x period and if the company has any future they'll start demonstrating value and the share price might edge upwards. Alternatively they don't and I lose 100% of zero. Based on the fact that my money has been worth nothing for quite a while I can't win/lose!
While I wait on the final outcome I couldn't help reminiscing about one of the finer moments c/- www.smh.com.au: http://www.smh.com.au/business/healthlinx-shares-soar-on-biomarker-study-20110215-1audq.html
