"On 30 August 2016 ECM AT was informed that Glock Gut had appealed against the injunction, which was granted by the court of second instance (Klagenfurt), on the grounds that a reduced map attached to the waiver agreement of 2011 was not sufficiently clear to identify the mining area subject to the agreement

and that ECM AT was not in a financial position to reverse any change to the land through its activities.

ECM AT considers this ruling erroneous and is filing an appeal against that judgement to the court of third instance (Vienna)."
