As a fromer commercial lawyer holding until today a fair chunk of these shares, I am more than curious to contract the bullish statements made by the chairman and CEO over the last few months with the announcement - the observations of Motley Fool posted on this thread summarise the outcome of the tests.I live abroad but hope a suitably qualified person will look with a forensic eye on what is known and what was told, including the brokers "buy", with a view possibly to a class action against maybe delinquent directors and/or officials. I for one would be interested in being a co plaintiff if the prospects were judged reasonable.

If they haven’t been sold by you, the other possibility is that you have active sell order. With CommSec, if you have a sell order, they remove those shares from your portfolio. Try cancelling all sell orders and have another look.
