There should be no change to your Commsec "Avail Units" number.
Of Course the "Mkt Value$" will have reduced to next to nothing.
First thing I'd do is check your Trade Confirmations and confirm your Buy and Sell trades.
If you should have a positive (hold shares) balance. Call them. Maybe you got lucky.
