Headline from the Soleir website which, by the way, has a hint of detail as to how the "patented" funding structure for the Dubbo project will operate. Putting aside all hatred, I am looking forward to the release of funding detail to see what they have concocted in order to attract "sophisticated" investors. This might sound strange but anyway IF it passes regulatory approval, the thing just might work.
