    Yes I am sure UGL will not want to be carrying baggage in the CIM takeover. Neither would CIM want any gremlins either. In the grand scheme of things UGL will be urging their insurers to get on with it. ► Settle

    This case tho' isn't high stakes for IMF-Bentham, other than that a quick cash flow looks both great in the IMF books & also in their bank account.

    This is the way I see it.
