    What is the term for the peril insurers face, when somebody can insure their neighbours home, then set fire to it?

    The D and A side C insurance looks a bit like that, IMO, as the above article might imply. They may not have decided to keep quiet on Icthys if no insurance was in place.

    Then again directors (in general terms) can burn the shareholders money anyway, with little direct impact on themselves. OPM.
