Always difficult to have a reasonable idea on commercial value until there is at least a PFS - until then comparison is oftern the best guide.
In case its of assistance, see my post under ROY and my comparison on ROY, CAP and FMS. CAP's Hawsons project is just over the NSW border from Mutooroo. Mutooroo is already under a JV with MEP only holding 40% so that needs to be factored in. Otherwise, CAP's Hawson project is the best available comparison that I am aware of.
