I read somewhere that listed Chinese companies need to have local ownership of at least 50%.. In the annual accounts it looks like this has reduced significantly.. Around 28% plus a few smaller holdings.
Does this now mean that the local Chinese investors need to purchase more shares once the company is relisted.
