Wait untill the dust settles then look at this deal with fresh eyes.

1 Have grave doubts that this deal will meet FIRB approval, why give away control, keep it here in Aust by all means take a partner but lets not give it away.

2 Have a look at Lynas they got knocked back by the FIRB, their Chinese investor wanted control of the Co; walked away when Swann said they could;nt have it.

3 The Directors have put themselves in a prime postion, have given themselves a big bonus for doing a job they were paid to do, and quite frankly not in the best interest of long term investors. Its great that we have a chance of seeing the Mine in production,but at what cost.

I think its time that the Government made it clear for everyone that selling the farm is not going to happen.
