"SPP to be $20M and SCALED BACK ON A PRO-RATA BASIS!!!!!"

Not sure what is meant by "pro-rata basis" in this case, but it only applies if oversubscribed which could mean that the scale back would depend on the proportion applied for, but we will have to wait for further details.

Hardly seems fair to long term holders who don't hold that many shares to scale back on the proportion of shares held and seems to be going back on what MOL have been saying to this point.

It all seems very messy and disorganized to me.


Also mentioned that SPP would be $1.00, whether that is for the institutions or not I don't know.
