one example in regards to my investigation into my Serial no. issue .
WA. is a bit far to travel , from here , so i googled the shop's name from my remittance notice , ( thats how i got all my machines addresses and phone no., try it's dead easy )
I rang the person (shop owner) , with an issue, i had recently when i used my credit card in his shop on travel and i had problems with the transaction history. , i ask him if he could kindly describe the machine in his shop or give me some other detail,
Well the shop owner was certain there is nothing wrong with HIS machine ,did not reveal any NO. i sad ok thank you , could you describe what the machine looks like , he sad it is a Commonwealth bank ATM machine .i repeated my question and he replied the same answer
